In April 2025, planning permission was granted by Manchester City Council for the redevelopment of 136 Withington Road, Whalley Range, M16 8FB to provide new homes.

The site has now been acquired by Wythenshawe Community Housing Group, a not-for-profit housing provider committed to delivering high-quality affordable homes across Greater Manchester. WCHG is now seeking to make minor changes to the approved scheme.

This webpage has been created to allow local residents and businesses to comment on the revised proposals before a new application is submitted later this year.

We will be holding a drop-in consultation event at St Margaret’s CE Primary School, Withington Road, M16 8FQ on Monday 12th October from 5-7pm.
